Mould & Tool Division of Honey Bee is our professional division that can receive customers' tooling fabrication order. Over the years, Mould & Tool Division is well known of Mould & Tool manufacturing service with 1H1S1L (High Quantity, Short Leadtime and Low Cost) among the customers from Europe, the United States, and Mainland China.
We believe the quality of our staffs is the key of the quality of our service and product. To improve our knowledge and skill on tooling for satisfying our customers’ different requirements, we provides training courses to over 200 of tooling technicians and professional tooling designers in Tooling Division that they can be elite of independent thinking and problem-solving.
We are equipped with high-speed high-precision CNC machining centers, electric discharge machines (EDM), wire-cut machines, and high-precision grinding machines imported from Japan and Switzerland, with the latest versions of tooling design and programming software such as Unigraphics, ProEngineer, Solidworks, MasterCam, AutoCAD, and Moldflow analysis.
Our workshops and equipment have reached the 5S international standards for site management. Placed at the large and temperature-controlled workshops, the equipment is maintained at high precision under good condition.
The professional staffs, advanced equipment with the latest software, and excellent site management are the combination in Mould & Tool Division to provide good-quality tooling with a high precision of 0.005 mm. Our molds can undertake plastic injection over 3 million times, enabling us to win trust and praise from our customers.
Our production capability can manufacture over 200 sets of mold per month for plastic injection, such as double injection mold, stack mold, T-mold and E-mold.
